Two sites, each showing links differently

I just bought two copies of vbseo. I installed one on my active site U.S. Politics Online: A Political Discussion Forum and the other one on the archive site U.S. Politics Online: A Political Discussion Forum Archives - Iraq War, Peace, Public Policy, Campaigns and Elections, Activism, Consumer Affairs, Civil Rights & Liberties, Healthcare, Abortion, Drugs & Alcohol, Environment, Gun Rights & Control, Edu On the active site when you place the mouse over any link it shows the vbseo link. However, when you do this on the archive site it shows the regular vB link. Once you click on it the correct vBSEO link is showed in the address bar. The settings are the same for both of them as I didn't change anything from what I can recall when I set them up.

I suggest you to setup automatic 301 redirection to consolidate all your links in one domain to avoid duplicate content penalties, as describe here:
301 Redirecting Domains

It is impossible to set them up in one domain since one is an archive updated every few months and the other site is the active one...unless I am missing something. Unless you mean redirects from the active domain to the archive domain if the active domain doesn't resolve.

Any reason why the links are showing up differently?

Make sure that you have vBSEO xml product file installed and enabled in vB admincp.

It was an old config file and was turned off in the config file. It is working now; thanks!
