Turkish Characters

I just installed vbseo 2.3.2 zend version and i am having a turkish character problem. Turkish characters are converted really funny

Code:

ş = th
ı = y
ğ = dh
ö = oe
ü - ue

is it possible to have these like

ş = s
ı = i
ğ = g
ö = o
ü - u

thanks, we got the similar request and we've modified the mechanism of "non-english" characters processing in new vBSEO version so that you could be able to get the translations you mentioned in new vBSEO 2.3.3 (with "Replace Non-English Characters in URLs" set to "No").

When may be able to get the new version ?
One more question there is no way i can get forumtitles inside url. When i choose this option it always redirect to homepage.
My settings are :
index.php is my cmps page
forum.php is my forum homepage both on root folder.
the same problem i have [forum_title] in front of threads.
