Hello Holger ,

Please try to follow a respective way when you are posting on vBSEO forums.

All programs can have bugs and some bugs may wait for a new version to be fixed. This happens on vBulletin also or all major softwares. As German support informed you , the problem you faced will be fixed on 3.2.5 and 3.2.5 will be released when it is ready.

This is not a major bug. It only happens rarely. There is only one other person reported the same problem and after that report the problem is fixed. Thats why your statement about Big Bugs is unfortunately totally wrong.

there are other possibilities, not so easy to install the first but better

Hey Holger,

If a developer (like Mert) tells me that this problem will be fixed in vBSEO 3.2.5. / 3.3.0 and that this build will be available soon, I can only provide this feedback.
We use to provide fixes instantly and I am sure that this had been done if possible, I would be the first person who provide this to the customers.

However, I am sorry that you are not feeling comfortable with my way of supporting here on vBSEO.com and I'll try to make it better in the future.

Since we know each other I'd thought that you would contact me privately rather than open a new thread claiming about my service.

I think that you should remember the first PM you sent me that you aren't willing to pay for a renewal license to get me supporting you in a more comfortable way. If I remember correctly I supported you with several PM's providing you with answers for a ticket which you weren't able to access because of your license status...

However, if you are still willing us to update your vBSEO instance please open a ticket so that Oleg and Mert can assist you with fixing this issue.
