Hi,
I have vBseo 3.0.0 Gold on VBulletin 3.6.4 with Photopost 5.62. I am running Windows IIS 6, Isapi-rewrite with PHP 4.4.4 ISAPI, Ioncube 4.4, and MySQL 4.1.22. vbseo is using the default rewrite settings.
Everything still worked fine, then I upgraded MySQL 4.1.19 to 4.1.22.
Sometime after I noticed that I couldn't create new threads on my forum. I could respond fine to threads that were already created. The problem was when I posted a new thread it hung forever (more than 10 minutes). After reloading the page the title had shown up in the forum page, but clicking on it resulted in a 404.
I thought it might be hanging on the length of the post, certain elements in it, etc. So I tried about 40 different combinations with all sorts of punctuation and length. Nothing worked unless I created a new thread called "test" with "testtesttest" as the content. Then I realized I was trying to create threads with SPACES in the title.
...so...I can create a thread with ONE WORD titles, and that's it. It isn't dependent on length or anything else.
I figure something about the vbseo install might have got corrupted when I upgraded MySQL 4.1.19 to 4.1.22...but something else could have happened.
Anyone have any ideas on how to fix or check to see what is actually causing it? Could it be a setting in PHP, MySQL, etc, that I might have changed over the course of the last month and not realized it broke vbseo? I would like some input before I reinstall vbseo.
Thanks,
Chris
