Do you mean incoming or outgoing trackbacks/pingbacks? What exactly is not working?

CLF is looking great - - - I suggest installing RC4 as many changes have been done to the ping/trackback functionality including updates to the replacement routines.... Let us know if this issue persists after the upgrade.
