    too many sql query's

first let me apologise if this an im sure it hasnt got anything to do with vbseo, but you guys have been most helpful in the past and you ma have an answer for me !!!

I received an email form my service provider saying this !!!

System administration has been tracking high resource usage on the machine housing your account, and has traced it the activity back to your site, cgempire.com.

They noted part of your site is using resources outside of what is considered normal on the shared system.

    forum

Unfortunately, they were forced to move the forum directory into your account root due to the extreme nature of the resource usage. The top processes out of the forum used up to 66% of server CPU at their peak, and this was effecting site loading behavior for other customers.

You will need to review your site to see what you can do to reduce the system resources required by this portion of your site so that it does not affect other users.
now i dont have a clue what they mean, i can move the forum back to its orrigional position, but they might suspend my account if it continues
does anyone know how i can resolve this bearing mind im a complete novice

they said it might be high volume of traffic, belive me I wish that was the case
    thanks again folks...

    Hello David,

vBSEO adds sql queries only in a few cases and with some changes in URL formats it's possible to avoid nearly all queries (on all main vbulletin pages):
    - add [forum_id] part into forumdisplay URL formats, for instance:
    [forum_title]-[forum_id]/
    [forum_title]-[forum_id]/index[forum_page].html
    - add [user_id] part into member profile/avatar URL formats (or disable these rewrites).

Open vbseocp and change "Forum URL Format", "Forum Index Page URL Format", "Announcement URL Format", "Thread URL Format" etc by changing "[forum_title]" with "[forum_title]-[forum_id]".
Member profile and avatar rewrites can be disabled for better performance.

Or you can import attached url formats preset file in vbseocp with all these changes.
