    Ticket System Response Time?

    I purchased a vBSEO upgrade this morning and created a ticket with the requested information. It's been over 4 hours since submitting the ticket and I haven't had any response and have no idea if anyone is working on it. I'm in a bind and need this completed ASAP. What's the normal response time I should expect for requests of this nature? Is there any way to expedite? Thanks!

    Upgrades and Installs have no guaranteed timeframe, but should be completed within 24 hours in most cases.
