| Ticket System Response Time? I purchased a vBSEO upgrade this morning and created a ticket with the requested information. It's been over 4 hours since submitting the ticket and I haven't had any response and have no idea if anyone is working on it. I'm in a bind and need this completed ASAP. What's the normal response time I should expect for requests of this nature? Is there any way to expedite? Thanks!      |
