vBulletin 4.x Thread only viewable in printable

A member created a normal forum post and it parsed into printable view, even the link to forum view doesn't seem work. Is it because the subject ends with the word 'print'?

Yes, the keyword print is the issue here.

I suggest setting the option "rewrite printthread urls?" to no,
and then robots.txt block printthread.php.

It doesn't need to be and shouldn't be indexed, and rewriting it is optional.

Tried that but still the same problem.

try clearing out your browser cache... it's like loading the cached version.

Nope, still becoming printable but no longer a vbseo url.

I'll have to ask support but I've not made any changes.

Update: Changing 'Printthread' setting in vBSEO CP from [forum_title]/[thread_id]-[thread_title]-print.html to something else did the trick.
