Anyway, I've got the following problem:
Some printthread pages come up completely blank.

I tracked this down to a regex in functions_vbseo.php possibly not working as it should (see attached demo).

Try moving your printthread rules around. sometimes /xyz-123-print/ causes problems and would need to be changed to /print-xyz-123/ instead.

Hmm, I don't think it has aniything to do the the URL formats.

Take a look at the code I posted - it doesn't make use of them at all.

Rewriting for printthread turned offf - still the same issue:

In that condition , the problem is not related to vBSEO.

I am pretty sure that it is - because it does not happen when vBSEO is disabled (it's enough to disable the global_complete Hook).

Please take a look at the code I've attached in post #1 - the problem seems to be the regex that is used to replace the navigation links on top of printthread.
