Tell-a-Friend Rewrite

Here is my problem link (and any varation of...)
http://www.recognizedexpert.com/expe...tofriend&t=133 (I don't care that /sendmessage.php doesn't rewrite, its the link within the message it is going to send via email.)

The message field doesn't seem to rewrite,

It says: http://www.recognizedexpert.com/expe...3&referrerid=0 instead of the rewritten version.

Where do I change this setting or edit this feature?
