Tags and 404s and <base href> .. oh my!

I have ALWAYS had issues with a Tags system and member.php and cron.php 404 errors filling up my error logs.

For something pretty old, Base href?

I just stumbled across that thread from back in the day and am wondering whether it (base href) might be a contributing factor.

I'd suggest to modify member.php and other links to absolute URLs (htttp://forumsroot/member.php) to avoid the issue.

Yeah.. problem is, the actual links are located within php files.

Annoying when you forget to do it after an upgrade and the log fills up again.

I used an if conditional in the footer template to not display the $cronimage on the tags page.

I think the member.php one is the dst correction. Once I find that, I'll do the same.
