Even with the tags rewrite setting turned off, now links to tags are not working. With vbSEO completely turned off, it is working. Since new featured such as groups etc. are working ok, I guess it is a bug with rewriting trags pages. BTW, I have my vb forums in sub directory such as abc.com/community/ |

I have installed my vb in sub directory such as abc.com/forums/ When tags rewrite option is turned on, page /forums/tags/ shows nothing, and each tag page such as /forums/tags/tagword.html just redirects back to forum home. When option is turned off, page /forums/tags.php shows OK, but each tag page such as /forums/tags.php?tag=tagword just redirects back to forum home. With VBSEO plugin disabled, everything works OK. Similar options such as social groups or albums work perfect. |

It seems they applied this fix to RC5, but it screws up rewrite even when tags rewrite is turned off.... if I set config parameter for tag filter on, that also screws tag words. BTW, I am using UTF-8 encoding. Quote:

Oops, I found that rewrite is working alright but it seems original URL /forums/tags.php?tag=word is not working somehow because of VBSEO. That is why it just redirects back to forum home. Any idea?

Make sure you don't have CRRs that may be conflicting, such as: '^tags\.php\?tag=(.+)$' => 'tags/$1.html' If that's not the case, then please open a support ticket with vbseocp access so that we can troubleshoot further. Thanks
