Support ticket updated

Just to let you know I updated a support ticket yesterday to update my licence list - changed one of the domains licenced. Just tried to upgrade the new licence to vbseo but it seems to need you to update your records before I can install it without an "expired licence" message.

Do I need to post about this in the forums when I update a ticket, or are you fine to see them on your own control panel?

Simply that when I've updated an older ticket the responses had tended to be slow, so I wasn't sure if updated tickets were displaying properly.

Not a complaint - simply that since I purchases a few licences, I've realised the need to re-assign a couple of licences, and may yet have to reassign 2 more as the domains are redeveloped.

Yes, we are notified whenever a ticket is updated, but it was just submitted at 6:50am. I'm taking a look at your ticket now.
