Is support ticket system working?

did you create the ticket using https://www.vbseo.com/tickets/ URL? (not "/support/" URL).

What is the issue you get? You can PM me details.

Where did you find this link? I thought all links had been redirected while the new support ticket platform is being configured. In any event, my apologies for this inconvenience, it's an internal mixup.

Notice I've used "vbseo_com" above as opposed to our real domain as there is a global replacement set for /support/ to /tickets/.

I just clicked on 'support' at the top and then 'submit support ticket', but it doesn't use either the support/ or ticket/ directory it just directs you to http://www.vbseo.com/support-newticket.html

Anyway I'll try logging out and back in and submitting a new ticket, it may be a cookie issue as to why it now keeps using the new system to submit tickets.

It seems to have gone through the old system now, completely different layout to what I was getting before. Ticket ID is 4614.

I was having several problems with support tickets over the last weeks also. First time I was sending the ticket through the VBSEO support and kept getting redirected to the "new" support area currently viewable at /support/ without my ticket being posted - very frustrating. I managed to send an email through the contact us form, which was never answered. I sent an email through the contact link at the top of the page earlier this week and haven't got a reply also, and just now resubmitted a ticket via /tickets/.

Please submit your ticket from this adress and a vBSEO Staff member will asist you ASAP.
