Is support ticket system working?

I purchased vbSEO a couple of days ago and am getting an error trying to install, I have opened a support ticket and haven't heard anything since. So just curious whether it is working or not?

Blimey, that was fast. If only you answered support tickets that quickly.

I just added a reply to it, so it must be there. I've just checked and can still see it in the system. I've opened a new ticket anyway in case there's a problem with the first one.

What is the ticket number? I don't see a ticket there either.

If I go there I get 'There are currently no tickets to view', yet, if I go to https://www.vbseo.com/support/ticketlist.php it shows two tickets, weird.

Anyway the ticket numbers are 7286-YGVB-6919 and 2292-OSKV-7613

It's now 4 days since I ordered this and I am still unable to install the software, I've still had no answer to my support tickets, what should I do? You claim a 5 minute install, well I'm up to almost 5 days now, I don't think I'm asking for much for someone to reply to a support ticket.

Submit a support ticket using the link above. You must have submitted a ticket elsehwere to get ticket numbers in that format. The ticket number will just be a number.

After I install the Vbseo 3.0.0, startup page is okay, but when I click the thread it take time to open and when it open all I'm getting is a bunch of x on the image and some of the text fade out. I need this to be fix as soon as possible. it doesn't show any good sign about my site.

It looks like you didn't complete installation as i don't see any vBSEO copyright within your boards. Please import crawlability_vbseo.xml wihin vBulletin Product Manager and make sure you complete each step inside readme.html which locates inside docs folder from the package you download.

I just contact the server who install it , and I'm waiting for reply from them.
I just received e-mail from support team, they want to see the screen shot.

Can you explain what kind of screenshot they want ?

Within the package you download there are three folders :

• docs (donot upload) : this folder contains readme.html (installation instructions) , crawlability_vbseo.xml (vbseo product) , End User Agreement.pdf , troubleshooting.txt
• upload
• htaccess

Please ask your guys to check readme.html and follow each step.

I think server fix the problem. Now you can see the copyright at the footer.
Can you go back and check it for one more time?

Well when I submit a ticket I get an auto response from support@vbseo.com and the response clearly says:

This message was sent by the vBSEO Support Desk Helpdesk.

I find it quite insulting that you have to accuse your customers of stupidity to try and cover up the shortcomings of your support system.
