Subdomain issue with url in automatic emails

I posted the following on the vbulletin forum and I recived the answer that the isse was with my vbseo setting :

Problem with subdomain : I just noticed that I am sending out the wrong url in the automatic email - the url should be
http://my.lifeinitaly.com/user

Not the one below

Where do I fix this ?
I cheked
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Site Name / URL / Contact Details -> Forum URL and that has the correct url Italy Forum and Italian Community

all the link should be http://my.lifeinitaly.com NOt www.lifeinitaly.com

Does it work correct when you temporary disable vBSEO ?

Yes when I disable vbseo all the link in email are correct.

Please create a support ticket with login information so we can check.
