Subdomain issue

I was wondering if vbseo has anything to do with this or not.

I'm having trouble with my subdomain and my host said it had to do something with the rewrite tool I have on the server. He made some changes and got the subdomain to work. But he wasn't sure what the problem was. I don't know what he did, this was a while ago. Well I now notice that my subdomain is also behind the domain.
example,

sub is http://test.xx.com/
and the sub can also be reach at www.xx.com/test

Any ideas or should I contact the host again. I'm on a vps if that matters

could you please provide mode details on the issue? Do you get an error when accessing the subdomains?

No errors.

I installed a test vb. and it shows up under the two different links fine.

Do you still have the problem if you temporarily disable vBSEO?

I think he may have done that and the problem was still there, But I can try that again to double check.

Is the site going to be down if I do that? and remind me again how to do this, is it in the thacess file?

you can disable vBSEO in vbseocp for the moment, check if the problem disappears and enable it back again after that.

I disable vbseo and very thing still runs the same no errors.
