Strange things after moving server

Hello.
I've got some problems with changeing servers.
just after moving server and importing settings from xml file i see strange things:

as you see, in the left-down corner i can see normal url, even with vbseo on, but when ill go to subforum:

was hard to write what about 2nd screen.
In subforum i see seo-friendly-url but template is totally crashed.
Could you help me with it, please?

make sure that you have vBSEO xml product installed in vB admincp.
