Strange rewriting behavior is messing up my forumhome access to forums...

When clicking on a forum title to got to the list of sub-forums I am getting redirected back to the forumhome page.

http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/svsound on the forumhome page is redirecting to http://www.hometheatershack.com/forums/#svsound and leaves me on the forumhome page.
