strange problem - 404's, but only sometimes

it's strange, it almost acts like the rewrite fails sometimes. Yet when I click a link on my forums sometimes it will work and other times I will get 404's. It usually fixes itself as I can get it to work if I click the link 4 or 5 times. Has anyone had this happen before?

I clicked around a lot but had no errors/problems (Firefox 1.5.0.1).

I don't have access to it but asked the support to send it to me - no answer so far.

No idea, what I can do? - It's very frustrating to reload almost every sub-forum several times and because of the errors Google already stopped indexing my pages - only temporarily, I hope. And I lose a lot of visitors every day.

We identified an issue that might be causing this, and is related to the ionCube version used to encode 2.4.0.

    PM Sent.
