Strange Problem...?

My programmers have installed vbseo on my website here: http://www.true2ourselves.com/forum/. For some reason, the licensing information shows up twice on the bottom of the web page... so it looks like this:

My programmers are having problems figuring out what the deal is... at first, I thought I could live with this, however, I then activated a feature in the VBSEO administration area that adds links on the main forum page to internal pages.... I noticed that these also duplicated... if you look at the bottom of my main forum page (http://www.true2ourselves.com/forum/), you will see this:

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Any suggestions I can offer to my programmers? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi Mark,

This can happen if, for some reason, you have 2 instances of the plugins installed. Check your Plugin Manager.

Also check to see that the <!--VBSEO_COPYRIGHT--> is in the footer only once.

Thanks for the suggestion...

I'm looking in vBulletin's "plugin manager" and I see 35 things - all relating to VBSEO ("VBSEO email send" to "VBSEO template group")... what exactly should I be looking for?

*I don't exactly know the location of the footer file, but I will pass this information on to my programmers...

I appreciate your help and if you or anyone else has any other suggestions, I will be very grateful, thanks.

The footer is a template, in vBulletin's Style and Template manager.

Regarding the plugins, you are looking for any that are duplicated.

I do know that in vbseo, they have it auto edited, so is their "<!--VBSEO_COPYRIGHT-->" anywhere in your templates? If so try to remove it, and see if it takes it down to one.

I'll check it out and I will pass this information on to my programmers...

Would this also explain why the duplicate links (1 - 26) are showing up on the bottom?

Its hard to say since I dont know how vbseo works fully due to encryption. but that very well could be causing it.
