    strange numbers in the seo urls

    I installed my forum but some turkish characters replaced by numbers as its here En Ucuz Work and Travel Uçak Biletleri Fiyat Araştırması|Uçak Biletleri|Work and Travel WAT Türkçe Payla??m Forumlar?
    305 is for a number how can i fix it?
