A strange issue with images.

In FireFox all of my rewrites work well. In Internet Explorer it seems to be goofed.

Go to my index.

DragonNinja

All the images at the top of the page work in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer the images at the top do not work. Here is the an example URL.

h**p://www.dragonninja.co.uk/images/nav/nav_homepage.gif

There is an extra ../ in the URL. In FireFox they show correctly, such as below.

h**p://www.dragonninja.co.uk/../images/nav/nav_homepage.gif

Any ideas guys? Thanks.

They are all correct.

It does not affect vBulletin's images; only images I have specified directly in templates.

Do you have that extra "../" specified in template? (try to remove it in this case)

All of them use ../ in the image URL & in the link URL. I have noticed it works fine in IE but only errors in FF.

I have changed all ../ to $vboptions[bburl]/ now, so seems to be running smoothly. I Just don't understand why it happens. Have I misconfigured vBSEO in some way?

Perhaps Firefox doesn't parse these URLs correctly.

I didn't think of it that way! Thanks Oleg, makes sense to me now.

It seems every issue I've had so far has been due to my own error! Thanks again for a great product.
