If you are running vBSEO 3.2.0RC7, you can integrate your site search stats in Google Analytics: Google Analytics "Site Search" with vBulletin search (use "q" as a parameter).

Do we need to make the changes or it's already done in vBSEO 3.2 and we only need to add the "q" to Google Analytics?

^ correct. just add the 'q' and make sure analtyics is on (putting the code in the CP, you're most likely on already)
