static URLs (CRUs) activated = madnes

hi guys
i purchased the VBseo plug in today and it looks promising
but problem is static urls are not working on my board
so i disabled vbseo and now the forum is runing again.
but as soon as i activate Select 'Yes' to activate vBSEO static URLs (CRUs) and other SEO features.
its total madness on my board ,can u help me

Can you please describe what exactly happens when you turn of vBSEO ?

Blank pages? Broken links (404)?

If you have followed the directions correctly and it still doesn't work, it's possible that your server is not configured properly.

mod rewriting is not working here , i followed the rules changed it in htcacces contact my hoster they confirmed ,it is enabled .but i dont get the google.com site
lots of users now complain that they dont see the site ,i have FF and no problems at all
only a hand of users contaced me that the site aint loading and the see a white page and its continues loads

In both IE and Firefox, your site is performing fine for me.

Can you give an example URL that is not working?

If you have white page problem , please make sure you php memory_limit is set to 32MB or higher

i cant give u url ,some members have since installation problems with my forums ,the page wont load at all ,they see white page with content loading
i personal have no problems ,can it be due to they use old version internet explorer ,because there all ie users

at the top of your source code, you have issues with an if template condition.

if i disable vbseo all is oke if i activate its not viewable for some users
so its not a template error .

What happens if you iask your users to use default unedited vBulletin style ?

nothing ,i changed it manual for my moderator ,but same problem
she use latest IE and windows7 and she couldn't visit the private forums either
some problem with the urls

9 other users cant even see the forum .
oke i do this i delete everything and do the complete setup once more

Try to disable all your Mods and enable vBSEO Only

Is the problem still exits after reinstall Please create a support ticket with ftp , admincp and vNSEO CP password so we can check.

Also please try disabling clean up html feature

view source. you have a rough /if in the very top of the document before the html opening tag. There's even a comment around it that says what mod it is.

This is a bad mod and or template edit, again, not related to vbseo. jsut right click view source of your site. it's right there at the top.

this is breaking ie. FF ignores it.

Brian I have not made any changes to my board for about a few months.
before i had no problems ,but i am willing to give anything a try
and perhaps vbseo and the (code) dont like each other
so i am more than willing to listen to u .
before i try it ,i dont have any code skills
can u give me a pointer ,how i look into the source code
it assume i can look into it with the browser to see the mod code ?
and if i vind the mod i will deactivate it for sure
