    Unhappy Specific Usernames

There are some usernames whose profiles are not shown when somebody clicks on their username.
    Ex:
    яєвєℓ
    нσggєт

I think their writing character causes this problem. How can I solve this?

And how can I prevent new users taking usernames with this characters.

    Hello Metin,

you can change your "Member profile URL format" in vbseocp by including user_id part to resolve this issue, like:
    Code:
    members/[user_name]-[user_id].html

Since you have both username and id in URL, it will not hurt

Where is this done? In the config file I see % symbols, not brackets.

Use the vBSEO Control Panel to make the changes, not directly to the config file.

I can't find this setting in the cp. I searched for the term profile and that setting is not there. The only setting that looks close is the Meta Description for member profiles.

You need to go to the URL Rewrite section and click the + sign to go to the Advanced settings.
