I recently purchased 2 licenese for two boards. I of them is working great. The other is having some issues. I sent in a ticket but thought maybe I could get some help here meanwhile.

I have all linkbacks enabled and social bookmarks, for threads and posts. The icons are not showing up at all. I also don't have the Moderate Linkbacks in my userCP. I tried to access the link directly but says I don't have the required permission.


Edit: The bookmarks are working but only on certain forums.

Are all of your forums open to guest access ?

Do you use a custom usercp ?

I forgot the owner has the all the forums only open to registered users.

I do not use a custom userCP

Please make sure that your username has privilidges to moderate linkbacks. If you are a moderator an administrator on the board must enable the privilidges by editing your moderator privilidges.

I hope you know that google cannot index private forums as they have no access to content. You shall consider opening couple of your forum to guest access.

I am talking to the owner now to open some of the forums. I forgot all about that.

I am a super Admin.

Please rebuild your bitfields by admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields

Did that already with no luck
