Sitemap Cron is running, but no file are generated

Hi, I'm having a problem since a few months, and my Server Support can't figure out what's happening.

My forum is running with 1 Proxy - 3 Backends - 1 NFS - 1 MySQL

The Vbseositemap Generator Script is run everyday with a Cron from one of the servers.

Some days, the logs of the Cron in the server shows that the script was executed just fine, although no files were generated in the "data" directory, not even a ".log"

This just happens a few times, and a few days later it continues to run and generate the sitemap files just ok...

What could it be? So I can tell the Support to look at something in particular..

Are you using vBulletin scheduled task or system cron that is setup on all servers?

I've deactivated the Scheduled Task in VBulletin, and setup the cron to run from one of the backends.

What was the output in cron log - did you see "sitemap_index.xml.gz created.." message?

Can they provide the actual output of the vbseo_sitemap.php script executed with cron task?
