That is not a problem with vBSEO. The mySQL DB server you have defined in your vBulletin config.php is not valid, or the server is down. You can View Source on your error page to see the error:
mysql_connect(): Unknown MySQL server host 'p41mysql23.securserver.net'

You need to increase php memory limit to 32 mb
