Site error: ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.1

When I upload the files and import the plugin I get the following error:

Site error: the file /home/mp3car/public_html/vbulletin/includes/functions_vbseo.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.1.so to be installed by the site administrator.

I ran the test.php script and it says that I have Iconcube installed and says
Congratulations! The software should install on your server with no server changes needed.
You should download and install the ionCube Encoded version of the software.
I downloaded and installed the ionCube version but it just takes my site down what that error...

Okay I got that. Next error is
The encoded file /home/mp3car/public_html/vbulletin/includes/functions_vbseo.php is corrupt.
I have re-uploaded the file several times. I appears that the file size changes almost as soon as it is uploaded. Any ideas what's going on here?

That error is caused by uploading in ASCII mode. You need to use BINARY mode to FTP the vBSEO files.

    Got that one, thanks!

Next problem is that every link on my forum instantly turns into a dead link (404 error) once I enable vbSEO.

For examples one thread was renamed to this: http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/gene...overnight.html which results in a 404 error.

Make sure you uploaded the .htaccess file, and make sure your server has mod_rewrite enabled. If both of those have been confirmed, please open a support ticket with FTP access and we can take a look.

    Thanks!
