Since upgrading from 4.1.8 to 4.1.10 - the Likes and Share font has gone small and changed Style

    Hi all,

Since upgrading from 4.1.8 to 4.1.10, the font and style (default) has changed from what appeared to be "Arial" to "New Times Roman" and the font has gone small.

I have posted on vB.com about this too, as it affects the Postbit font (replies etc), the signatures, and it effects your "Likes stystem too".

I have posted about it here:

    https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/show...small-and-more-(

Does anyone here know of a fix, other than the two that I tried and that are mentioned in my OP on vB.com through the link above please?

    Many thanks,
    TWM.

Make sure it's not just your browser. Your browser has a default font setting in the options as well.

You can always try making a new style with no parent to rebuild a style from the vb default xml.

Thanks for your reply Brian - This only happened on the upgrade of my Live forum (it doesn't happen on my test forum) and I did consider your reply above briefly, previously - but it affects my members. :(

Just tried a test style and the posbit font is as it should be - except for the "Username font size - which a vaguely recall adding to my .css to enlargen slightly, and would not show on here".

So, any ideas on where to start on this please?

I added "define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);" and checked and the issue was still there. So it can't be a pluggin.

    Many thanks.

You should contact vb support for further troubleshooting as it looks like the style failed somewhere in the upgrade process.

I do believe that I have fixed it?

For the benefit of others: I Downloaded the "vbulletin-style.xml" by going to (my TEST forum):

AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> Download / Upload Styles -> Download -> Then the following options selected:

    Style vB4 Default Style
    Product vBulletin
    Title vB4 Default Style
    Filename vbulletin-style.xml
Options Get customizations made only in this style
Save this then ->Import Style XML File (On your LIVE forum) -> EITHER upload the XML file from your computer -> Click on "Browse" and upload it from wherever you saved it on your PC.

    Worked for me.
