I'm not sure what my issue is, all I know is that when I unistall passive video, page title is normal.

I disable and unistall passive vid and The same problem occurs

What version of passive video are you running? I'm not sure if it happens without vbseo installed.

I upgraded to 3.8.3 and this issue has returned. Passive video is not the issue, nor is the style change...anyone else run into this and solved?
