    Do you see any errors in your apache/cpanel error log?

    I remember having issues with one of my sites because of a CRR or other setting being written incorrectly and causing the upload to break.

    Actually, can you export your settings (the 'all' option), and attach them here?

    Martyn, please try to clear or significantly reduce the number of entries in "Image Size Attributes" option.

    You can open your config_vbseo.php file, look for $vbseo_images_dim definition and replace it with:
    PHP Code:
        $vbseo_images_dim = array();

    got that error when doing that.

    Just removed un-used images from styles i don't use and its working now.. its really weird why t hat causes issues?

    In case if the number of entries is huge, that may cause an error transmitting data via POST request to your server.
