    Server Load?

Anyone else have a HUGE increase in server load with vbSEO running?

Even after turning off ALL the server-intensive vBulletin options (showing users browing threads/forums, updating view counts immediately, etc) my load is still more than 3 times what it used to be WITH ALL those options turned on.

This is using the Ioncube version. If I have Zend installed and use the Zend version, will that make a difference?

    Hello,

Please do try the Zend version. Also, could you email me your vbseo_all.xml file?

    Re: Server Load?

Well, I'm on a managed dedicated server, so there is a minimum $50 charge for the technicians to do an install. So, I don't want to do it unless it will definately help with server load.

    Settings sent.

    Re: Server Load?

Looks like Juan's suggestion, that it is common for the load to go up at first on large sites then settle back down eventually, was correct.

Thanks. Everything seems to be smoothing out now.
