Search Results in Error

I did a search in my forum recently and clicked on a couple of the results. Each time I get a 403 Forbidden Error stating:

You don't have permission to access /forums/horror-news/5079-harpers-island-mystery-unfolds-dvd.html on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I've tried rebuilding the thread information and search information. I've also optimizing and repairing the tables and that didn't help. I contact vBulletin and after some troubleshooting they think it is a SEO addon. This is why I mention it here.

Has anyone had this problem before? Is it something with vBSEO? If so, any suggestions on how to fix it?

No. I was actually trying to disable vBSEO through the Plugins menu and that messed up my boards skin. I was going to report that until I tried disabling it the way you recommended and now the skins show fine, the search still doesn't work though. Hmm... so probably vBulletin and not vBSEO.
