removing vbseo header

i was just wondering if there was a way to remove the header that pops up when a user opens my chat. The header is kinda messing things up for some of my users as they are not the most computer literate group of people. i went into my templates to see if maybe some thing got added to the chat template but didnt see anything. i have attached a picture of what i am talking about.

You can exclude pages from being processed if they do not need to be processed.
