Redirects For External URL

Hi,
I am experiencing somethign strange. When visiting my site:

Work Computer (logged in as admin in the forum)
- Shows redirected external URLS (http://www.site.com/redirect-to/?red...ternalsite.com)

Home Computer (logged in as admin in the forum)
- Does not show redirected external URLS

Please note that these are ALL urls on my site. For instance, I posted some hard coded external links just under the ads in the nav that are even being affected by this.

What am I doign wrong here?

This is a feature designed to protect your private forum's privacy. Notice that it only redirects links located in private forums (or forums not accessible to the general public)

Got it! I thought it was ONLY within posts (did not expect other URLs on those pages to be adjusted too). Thanks so much for your help
