Quick Edit/Reply Box tool bar

Ever since the upgrade to VB3.6.4 and the new VSEO, my quick edit or advance reply box tool bars don't work in PhotoPlog. To clarify, I can type in the boxes and post a comment in Photoplog, but I can't use the tool bar, i.e., bold, font colors, etc.

On the other hand, for the forums it works just fine. I turned off VBSEO and it worked great, turned it on and it doesn't work in for Photoplog.

Things I've tried, I tried removing everything from update services, didn't work. Then I tried adding photoplog/ on pages to exclude, didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks, rg sends!
