Question about index.php

I need to know whether this code in index.php is directly linked to vBSEO.

I ask this because i have just installed the vB Arcade Mod and if i have that code set to "true" then the scores do not save, but if it is set to "false" then they do save.

So to sort this I need to identify where this code came from first.

The code you've supplied has nothing to do with vBSEO. It was a modification implemented on vBulletin 4.2.0
