Problems with vbseo.php

From time to time increase the load of my server, and when I load increase following error occurred

What could be the problem and how to solve?
A few days ago one forum with vbseo was closed because that used ( forum.seopedia.ro) excessive consumption of resources due to the same errors

As vbseo.php processes all vb scripts, you will need to compare the timestamp and IP against the access to log to see what file they are trying to load.


The IP you list is a known spammer.
Stop Forum Spam - IP Check - 85.25.95.90
You might want to just block that IP as they are probably up to no good any way.
