Problems posting after the latest upgrade

Hello there. After a recent upgrade from 3 to the current release. I have the following errors. Disabling the plugin resolves the problem so I believe it is something to do with the plugin?

Any advices would be appreciated. Thank you.

Known issue(s) are:

• after posting you get a "duplicate of a post that you have posted in the last five minutes" even though that is the first time.
• after posting you get a "you can't post within 60 seconds after you post" even though you have not posted in that time.
• after posting you are taken to a black white page.
