I assume this feature is not working, as nobody can tell me how to set it up.

I have had everything setup correctly to get the posts listed at technorati for 48 hours, there have been several new posts on my site and not one of them has been picked up by technorati. In fact, no matter what I do, nothing changes.

If somebody actually has this feature working, could you please go step by step on how to set it up, as I cannot get it to work at all.

One of my sites is listed here: Technorati Search: cbrxx.com Is that what you meant?

Though I didn't do anything special to set it up...

Nevermind, those appear to be from some scrapers or such, as they didn't come directly from my site.

    Here is what I mean...

My site runs vbdrupal, so I have feeds from the drupal portion of the site, and from the vbulletin portion of the site.

My feeds from the drupal portion (like the main page) get picked up by technorati immediately:
Technorati Blog Info: osCMax - osCommerce Maximized

But the forums threads do not get picked up:

Technorati Blog Info: osCommerce and osCMax - open source ecommerce software...

This is what I am talking about.

Also, if you search technorati for blog posts on osCMax, none of the new forum threads show up at all. Only the top level forums on the main forum page are in technorati, which is incorrect, as there is no content, they are just links:

    Technorati Search: oscmax

Note that none of any recent content is listed (from the last few days).

Just to follow up, it looks like technorati had some issues with my site for whatever reason. Suddenly two days ago, they started getting my feeds and posting them correctly, so basically this entire process and problem was an issue with their spider (after I got the rss2 feed working).

It looks like everything is now working and my new threads are finally showing up..

Thanks everyone for your input in trying to assist on this one. Now on to other things.

    Not the case at all.

It does not notify anyone at all. It should do what it states in the panel at the very least:

    Update Services
vBSEO can notify external services when your community publishes new threads and posts. These services work as Search Engines for the blogosphere and converging forumsphere.

What exactly do you mean? Did you setup a testing service to check if there are incoming update requests when new threads are posted?
