    Problems with fedora?

I'm trying to install VBSEO for someone with fedora and the minute I turn on vbseo it white screens.

Is there anthing special that needs to be done with fedora.

I set up php.ini with the corect path to ioncube. The encoded file that comes with the ioncube files works.

I tested mod_rewrite and that works.

    any ideas?

I don't have access to that and the owner of the server doesn't know where that is.

It could be that we needed the linux 64 ioncube and there was no reboot after re-uploading. Too tired to try again tonight. I was just wondering if there were any known issues before I try again. I saw a few posts here where fedora issues came up but the solutions were never posted.

The only point that might be related is the requirement to put ioncube loaders into the folder specified in extension_dir folder defined in php.ini.

That's the weird thing. The directory is there but test.php can't see it and doesn't recognize it.

Do some servers require it to be there? Because vbseocp.php decodes and runs fine without it. Everything is fine until we run the install script.

I'll have him open a ticket.

Yes, it is sometimes required to have loader in this folder only as a security measure.

    Ok.
