problem in tags links space after update

hello

i have problem in tag links after update to 3.5.0 RC2

my tags links before update was

http://site.com/tags/rapidshare+download/

after update

it be
http://site.com/tags/rapidshare download/

how to fix that and back to my old links

Please try enabling the tags filter

General Settings -> Character Replacement -> Advanced tab

sorry but i can't find way to add

+ to replace spaces in tags links

I have got the same problem but unfortunately I didn't manage to solve it.

I did set "Enable filtering for Tags URLs" to Yes but ALL URLs which contains Hebrew characters were replaced to http://xxx/tags/a
So it didn't solve my problem.

I would like to see my URL like this: http://xxx/tags/תג+תג+ועוד+תג

With + as a separator and Hebrew characters. (utf-8 encoding)
Currently I have disabled the Tags URL Rewrite because of this issue.

Since when you enabling tags filter your tags URLs become :
tags/a
Then please make sure that this option :
vbseocp > character replacement > Replace Non-English Characters in URLs ?
Set to :
Keep non-english characters in URLs

And let me know what's happened after that.
