Problem with print_portal_output

I have had this problem for some time and have been asking vbulltein and vbulletin for help but can not seem to figure out the problem. This may not be related to vbseo but I have no where else to ask about this problem and was hoping the community can help me solve this problem.

This doesnt occur all the time but every now and then, whenever anyone makes a post or reply this fatal error message pops out:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: print_portal_output() in /home/sole/public_html/forums/includes/functions.php on line 4668

However, the message is posted. Several of my users have started to notice is as well. I have upload a fresh copy of functions.php but still no luck. From my understanding print_portal_output is a vbadvanced lingual and not a vbulletin term. Therefore this may be causing the problem.
