I found the problem, a forum and his subforum had the same title, I change the title of the subforum and now it works fine.

yup, that is why its always a good idea to use the ID instead of the text for forums (ie, this is /f77 on vbseo.com) and it is IMPERATIVE to use the ID on the showthread rewrite (ie, this is /problem-one-forum-14113/ not just /problem-one-forum/)
