Problem with Member rewriting

Hi all!

I have two problems with vbseo:

1.) The rewriting gets in trouble if there are two members like
.sharky and sharky
The members profile doesn't match and also his avatar is missmatching

2.) I use vbindex as frontpage and here the membername rewriting doesn't work - the resulting urls are always /members/.html
