hello

i setup VbSEO script and it's working well but i have problem with characters in Explorer only but when i use Firefox i didn't see the problem it appeared only when i used Exlporer also i have the same problem in sitemap xml page .
note: i set my forum to utf-8 charset to accept arabic characters and it's working very well in FireFox but in Explorer the problem appeared.

for instance : 1- look in the red border it should be in arabic charset because i am useing the universal charset ( utf-8 )

Explorer currently doesnt fully support urlencoded characters within urls thats why Explorer displays urlencoded characters that way. However there is nothing wrong about it.
