parse error

I have installed vbseo and each time I attempt to save a custom rewrite rule I receive the following error:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/browncaf/public_html/forum/includes/config_vbseo.php on line 286

To get the board back up I have to ftp in a new copy of config_vbseo.php.

chmod is 666... what am I doing wrong?

I'm sure you need 777

I had originally used 777 with the same result but then read somewhere to use 666.

Just to make sure I just tried chmod 777 again and the same error came up.

Thank you for your help Oleg, I entered the wrong information in the Google Analytics Code text box and it caused the problem.
