Pages OsCommerce being affected by vBSEO how do I exclude it

We have OsCommerce installed next to vBulletin for the web-shop, we have hacked the header from vB to place it above OsCommerce and now vBSEO affects how the shop works (really strange)

I turned vBSEO of and then the shop works, how do I exclude a program in a folder so it is not affected?

The shop i locate in a folder of its own (zatzy.com Official Shop)

    Hello Andreas ,

You can create an .htaccess file with the following content within your OsCommerce folder
    Code:
    RewriteEngine Off
    Mert Gökçeimam / Crawlability Inc.
